How does the Conviu tool work?

Conviu is a tool that allows you to:

  • Import data.
  • Subsequently, you can modify the data using rules and conditions. For instance, you can set a rule to change categories, offer free shipping for products of certain brands, or adjust bidding for selected products.
  • Export data in the desired format.

Data is updated several times a day based on the configured scheduler.

Who can use Conviu?
Conviu is a powerful tool for e-shops, freelancers, agencies, and suppliers/manufacturers, instantly replacing programmers, translators, copywriters, or graphic designers. It takes your e-shop under its wing with 11 tricks up its sleeve, including the ability to adjust any XML, CSV, and TXT data to any desired format.
How do I create an account in Conviu?

How do I set up data import?
Some systems are predefined in Conviu – for example, you can import feeds in formats like Heureka, Zboží, Biano, Google, Shoptet, and others. In addition to that, you can import any XML through Custom import.So, how do you go about importing? You input the XML and select the format. We recommend activating the "Create export straight away" option and setting how often and at what minute the data should be updated. Don't have an XML file but need to modify data? No need to panic. In Conviu, you can import data from an FTP server, through web services, or upload a saved file from your computer.
How do I modify the data?

To modify the data, navigate to the module Product Export, and for the chosen export where you want to adjust the data, click on the Edit button.

On the following page, select "Rules". Subsequently, you will have several options:

  1. Add Element – create a new element in XML (e.g., custom_label)
  2. Edit Element – modify an element (e.g., edit category, add manufacturer to the title, include free shipping for products meeting a certain condition)
  3. Hide Element (e.g., hide purchase prices)
  4. Hide Entire Product
  5. Bulk Edit – upload a CSV with modified data (e.g., supplement parameters, categories)

Confirm the modification by clicking the "Create Rule" button.

How will my price for Conviu be calculated?
You only pay for the modules you actually use, and for a specific number of items. Not a single extra penny. If the total number of items increases (reaching a higher pricing tier) or decreases (reaching a lower pricing tier), we will automatically adjust your pricing at the end of the month along with the subsequent billing cycle. Take a look at our price list for more information.
How is the number of products counted for tariff calculation?
The number of products (items) is calculated as the sum of all imported XML files for a single e-shop. For example, if you have 3 XML files in the application, each with 10,000 products, the total number of products will be 30,000. Products from different e-shops cannot be combined (even if they differ only in the domain).
