Simply generate a URL for the report of unmatched products for free on Heureka, paste it into the Conviu Matcher, and it will take care of the rest. You can then sort the products by price, name, or category, or filter only unmatched items, for which the tool offers specific matching suggestions.

For your product, as well as for the Heureka suggestion, you'll see an image, title, category, and price. That's usually enough to recognize the product, and with one click, you can match it. And if you're not sure, you can directly open the product details from the matcher, both on your e-shop and in Conviu, as well as on Heureka.

The matching tool will also display products for which it couldn't find a suitable match on Heureka. You can try to manually search for these products and copy the URL into the matching field. It's that simple.

Can I filter unmatched products by price and brand?

Yes, it's possible to filter and sort unmatched products by price and brand, name, ITEM_ID, etc. In the filter, you can also select unmatched products (with suggestions). Subsequently, relevant product cards will be displayed, and you can match the products to them with a single click.

Can products be matched for both Heureka.cz and Heureka.sk?

Yes, Conviu is capable of matching products for both Heureka Czech and Heureka Slovak.

How do I determine if a product can be matched?

In the Conviu matcher, simply set the filter to "Unmatched products (with suggestions)". Subsequently, on the left side, you'll see your product, its image, and price. On the right side, a relevant product detail will be displayed, and you can match your product to it by clicking the "Match" button. Before matching, you can review if the selling price, image, and product name match. For more detailed verification, you can navigate to your online store and to Heureka.

Where can I find unmatched products?

You can view unmatched products in Conviu within the matcher. Another option is to choose a report (specific day and time) and have it sent to your email.
