Connecting suppliers

Conviu can connect any supplier feed – whether it's an XML feed or a different format. You can connect any number of suppliers to ensure the best possible product availability. And we know that every supplier has their own perspective on the hierarchical structure of their assortment.

In the tool, you can easily set up rules for translating supplier categories into your e-shop's categories. Similarly, you can rewrite stock availability and even recalculate prices based on the supplier's margin. Conviu can also harmonize parameters of products from data provided by all suppliers.

You can confidently publish new products from the supplier's feed on your website – automatically with the correct price, parameters, availability, and in the right category. Of course, you don't have to include everything; you can exclude specific products or even entire supplier categories.

You can also play around with availability. Simply set it based on how much stock the supplier has - for example, less than 5 pieces will be perceived as unavailable for certainty, while 5 or more pieces will be marked as in stock.

How many times a day should data from supplier feeds be updated? And at what time? You can determine that yourself to seamlessly align with imports into other systems or data updates in your e-shop.
